2/4 B&M - Should I minus 2 SB from flop pot due to rake?

Generally,

For Pot odds: I count it as 1 sb, pre-flop and flop, and 1BB post-flop.

For Implied Odds, 1 BB always.

And I feel free to adjust if the pot is particularly small or large.
