Re: Lose 100 pounds in two months
[ QUOTE ]
it might be possible if you started at 1000lbs, but from 300 to 200 is too much...i imagine that on something like the velocity you could lose maybe 40lbs in the two months... [/ QUOTE ] 100 may be too much but I know for a fact that it is possible to lose more than 40 in 2 months...I've lost 30+ pounds in a month before and I naturally gain weight in the winter and lose it in the summer...I know people that love props like this so I'm trying to determine the max number that is possible, but unlikely enough to get action... also...is it easier to lose weight that is artificially gained in a short period of time...in other words, should I fatten up directly prior to this sort of endeavor? |

Re: Lose 100 pounds in two months
at most you can probably do 5lbs a week, with an initial 15lb glycogen/water loss. 65, 70 TOPS, and that is still being generous.
caveat is they dont artificially gain weight pre weigh-in. |

Re: Lose 100 pounds in two months
If you know the time of the weighin you can probably add around 10% of your bweight by eating a ton of food, taking anti-diarrhea medication, and drinking a ton of gatorade with salt in the day or 2 leading up to it. Conversely you could lose around the same amount by doing everything opposite (eat nothing but prunes, get an enema, pretend to be a boxer for 2 days). So I guess a 220-180 ish swing could be possible, although horribly painful/unhealthy/unsafe without gaining or losing that much fat.

Assuming 200 is my normal weight and 310 is a starting weight... 75 pounds? |
