I've always thought it would be nice to see how my opponents view me.

say you are playing against a new player who you suspect is a tag or tough lag, who is mutli-tabling. this player type is almost certainly using a hud. if you only have a small sample of hands on him, they also have a small sample on you. So, it would be useful to know what your image is on their hud, as well as his image on yours.

exactly. would definitely like to see that.

Of course, you don't know if they've datamined you in hands where they weren't playing. But it could still be a very interesting stat and I've wondered the same things.

FYI, there are pstars datamining programs. Costs $50 (I think) and violates the TOS, but isn't detected by the software unless someone is logged in. So basically you can run it and data mine whenever you are not playing/logged in.

Moral compass? that's another story.

Yeah, that's what I was referring to.

I play pretty much exclusively at Stars as well. I don't datamine but I assume there are others out there who do.

i knew it was possible to mine stars, but i assumed it was more involved to do it undetected... well whatever, it shouldnt harm the games too much no matter how pervasive it is

[ QUOTE ]
There actually is a better way of assessing aggression that is entirely independent of VPIP.

In PokerAce, the stat is called Aggression Frequency.

I have my HUD set up still displaying overall postflop aggression factor, but I also have a street by street listing of aggression frequency which helps in determining the lines my opponents are taking.

I also think that some stats from PokerHUD (that are not available from PT) are really useful.

I would like to be able to see what are the numbers for me, and not just for my last session at a specific table (when you double-click on your screenname).
