Default Poker Software/Tracking

Can someone help me out with some software questions. What is the best PC software that will keep track of what I have lost/won in an orderly fashion. I would like to see how many hands/dates/win/loss/opponents/... Thanks!

Most people use pokertracker to keep a record of their play. It allows you to keep track of your winnings, and more importantly it allows you to view how you are playing so you can more easily improve your game

Pokertracker is a great utility for online players. I would also recommend using Poker Ace in conjunction with it, espically if you plan on multiy tabling. Almost every serious player I know use this software, and it can really help increase your win-rate.

Poker Tracker hasn't been updated in years, so has a clunky interface, and is slower than molasses. (An update is apparently in the works, though).

I've started using Holdem Manager (see the lengthy thread in the Software forum, or go to www.holdemmanager.net). It's several times faster, much prettier, has customized stats, customized reports, graphs, tracks rakeback & bonuses, etc. Overall, it's a much better piece of software than the current incarnation of PokerTracker, with features PT users have been asking for for years. It does not currently had a HUD, but one is coming real soon.

Cheers, Carl.

I use pokeroffice and find it very useful. I haven't learnt how to use most of it but at the moment just keeping my results and giving me the outs and percentages of hitting the hands saves me time working it out in my head. It also shows overlays of the stats from the other players.
