I just finally dropped the hammer on both of these guys for 5 days. They've been pretty consistently horrible in NVG.

I just spent some time reading the zoo, and they were awful there as well. Trolls in that "might not do stuff that's outwardly against the rules but really only make posts to troll and piss people off".

As such I wanted to ask two questions.

1- mods familiar with these guys, any reason we shouldn't just perma ban?

2- Ryan, I'm pretty sure they've both been banned before, can you do some ip comparison?

No IP match, but Marty and Melchiades are both from Liverpool, England. Its a big city, but a little odd that they both pop up this week.

Also, Lincoln had a secretary named Kennedy, and Kennedy had a secretary named Lincoln. They're common names, but a little odd that they both pop up like that.
