It wasn't as much that he said Nash for MVP as the idiotic things he said to make his point and his league-leading eleventy strawmen per sentence average. I think both are AWFUL, but I tend to side with Skip more. Not that I agree with much (or any) of his logic, but Paige tends to say some incredibly outlandish things. I also think Mark May is pretty terrible. He gets things in his head (like USC being the best one loss team until they lost to UCLA), and then focuses on that point at every opportunity. While I don't agree with everything Herbstreit says, at least he looks at things rationally and with a (mostly) unbiased view. As for the NFL, I hate almost everything that comes out of Sean Salisbury and Merrill Hodges' mouths.

Lou Holtz is so bad he can make anyone look good. You cant understand have the stuff he says and the stuff you do understand is pure nonsense. He makes Mark May bearable.

I've wondered at times if he ever played football. Then I remember he didn't. Jaws is the best. He watches more film than anyone else. He just dumbs things down for the audience. Great Jaws story from this summer. Jaworski owns a golf course not far away from my house. A buddy of mine is at a golf tournamnet there earlier this year where Jaws was around. He runs into him coming out of the bathroom and proceeds to have a 20 minute football conversation with him where he breaks down three teams and who he thinks will have a big year. He missed the first two holes.
