Default General questions about tracker/pahud/ and micro NL

I just started using Pokertracker and also picked up hud, I'm not really sure how to use either one of these products. Looking for a guideline or extensive tutorials into both products.

Problems I'm having: I made 2 tracker databases but even when I select a specific database to track stats both of my databases log the information. Also with hud, it's really not giving me any information. Occasionally the last hand that was played pops up and shows what the players had but nobodys stats pop up including my own, I have to click my name in stars to pop up the information I'm looking for. Also when I click on the vilians name their info doesn't pop up. Basically all the information that is displayed on my stars table is listed as N/A, even after several hundred hands. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

I feel like I keep saying also but..here it goes.. Also I'm looking for player ratings for 6max $5nl.

Thanks in advanced

use Pokertracker's specific onsite forum for detailed product questions. If you picked up Pokerace's HUD, I know that site also has a product specific forum...other HUDs I don't know.
