ARGH! I just want to VENT about ebay

I had 15 items for sale on ebay that got yanked for violating their TOS. I'm a silver level Powerseller so I call, get the usual blah blah reason, I can appeal, etc. It was the wording of the listings they had a problem with and if I just changed it, all would be fine in ebayland. I change the wording.

Since then, I've reported over 100 listings that are or were worded exactly like mine was. To date, none of them have been yanked by ebay. Should I call back and gripe, or should I move on and let sleeping dogs lie?

Could you give examples of what type of items and wordings got your stuff yanked?

If you were a good seller, you would simply be focusing on increasing your own business, and not worrying about what other sellers are doing wrong...

You were asked to change something... do it and move on...

You are fighting a losing battle in my experience. I have had items that had significant historical value but that violated Ebay's policices. I went around and around with them and the only thing I got was more frustrated. I would say let it be.

You reported over 100 listings? Seriously dude, you could have got your point across with just a few. At some point you are being more of a dick to everyone else instead of backing up your case. Whatever you did, eBay said you can't do it. They don't care that others are doing it. Make the change and move on.
