i was thinking on river with a good hand its very likely for him to c/r because a lot of ur range is draws and he might even think u fold a 10 to a turn bet and bet a q on flop so he might put ur range all draws also explains the min raise putting u on a really weak hand trying to give u any chance to call.also if he wanted to bluff i think he just leads out on the river instead of c/rin.i'd fold.
