New Full Tilt Converter

Hi folks,

greenage has descended from the mountaintop with an updated converter for Full Tilt:

I occasionally post to another board with some local degenerates, and on that board, smilies aren't recognised unless there is a space after the final ":" and as written, the converter puts the action separator "___" immediately after the ":" of the card pip.

If you have this problem too, just open the converter in a text editor and add a space to the start of that string.
