What's up with KGHI

I've been asked what is going on with KGHI.

The short answer is I have no idea. I'm considering dumping it for better ideas, which of course will ensure they immediately announce an accretive deal or liquidation. They kind of flip flopped on me, the CEO told me he wouldn't pursue the acquisition hunt beyond end of spring, then later denied saying that. It's possible that acquisition opportunities suddenly improved because of the liquidity crisis knocking out some private equity competition and they are nearing a deal. But it's all just hopes and dreams right now.
