Default Bet or check with a set on an awful river?

Villain is 23/5/1.5 - no other reads

River card is pretty awful. Is it better to b/f (if so how much?) or c/c.

bet 14 and fold to a shove. i think there are still plenty of 2p combos that will call you.

That's a good question.

I most of the time just bet half the pot. Fold to a raise.
