ive used hydroxycut. it works as far as losing weight, but not so much fat. Once you stop taking it, if you do not stay on a healthy diet and active, youll gain the weight back very very quickly. The pills just get rid of water weight.

I would 2nd the diet and exercise as the healthiest ways to lose bodyfat

i tried xenadrine a couple years ago and when i missed a pill i would get headaches...don't seem to have any physical reaction to hotrox, but remember its just an aid not a solution...

I just started taking Ho-Rox Extreme and have noticed some immediate differences physically/energy wise. Obviously its only day 2 and im not up to the full dose, but I think others can vouch for it as well

Not really sure. There isn't much discussion in the mod forum about it, though it's been mentioned a few times. The next few playgrounds will likely be golf and something that I refuse to mention because it's too nerdy for even me.
