Am i leaving too much money on the table?

Just downloaded pokerEV and i was wondering if its normal to have total winning slightly below showdown winnings. Would this indicate that I could stand to be more aggressive pre or post flop?

Im running at approx 17/12/1.7 over 3k hands at 10/25 6 max.

It also shows that i'm running pretty hot, so my expected winnings are actually less, so i would appreciate some advice on this before variance catches up to me lol.
