Default 100 NL squeeze play post flop question

I typically dislike squeezing on 100 NL but this was a money spot (CO opened a ton of pots, button is tight, sb is 25/17).

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($55.90)
MP ($105.70)
Button ($194.65)
SB ($99)
Hero ($218)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls $1, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $3</font>, Button calls $3, SB calls $2.50, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $15.5</font>, UTG folds, MP folds, Button folds, SB calls $12.50.

Flop: ($38) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero ????

not really sure what sb is calling here oop w/. also, not really sure what my plan should be for the rest of this hand.

Well, you have to bet that flop, and you also have to fold if he plays back, so bet/fold
