Yeah, that's pretty close in these games. The problem is that very few psychologies admit of playing a bare 8 like that. Are you c-betting too much, esp. in multiway pots? --Nate

no i check behind a lot. my main problem is more that once i start betting i dont stop until i have shoved the river. actually its more like i either cbet flop c/f turn or bet bet bet. the guy in that hand was pretty retarded so my thought process was that he could have a lot of random sooted 8s that hed shove, T9 he slowplayed, KcXc or something. i can honestly say i did not expect to see QQ.
