New Paradise Poker Not Honouring Bonus?

Since paradise poker switched to, I think, a boss skin they have emailed me a couple of bonus offers:

1) US$20 for transferring at least US$5 to the pokerroom (depositing first if you have no $ obv). You get the $20 right away once you sit down at a real cash game table.

2) Getting a free 300 chipset with a deposit

I've deposited $75 and played for 20 mins. No $20, no chipset confirmation. E-mailed support twice, no response. Anyone else had better luck?

So I went from reserved to could win one. After the free ticket scam last year I am not surprised anyways.

paradise told me that u have to be in the first 500 to have a chance, but just because u made a deposit within the first 500 canadians that does nto mean that u will get anything, just that u have a chance.

this site has screwed up every good promo they have had lately and the massive decline in players proves itall too much.

i gave up on them lately aftwer they take a 200 tourney ticket from me due to thef act that since USA cant play thety cant afford to honour the ticket and i get a 14 tourney ticket. and they think i shouold be impressed that they gave me something else in replace of the good ticket i won.
