Default Getting a job as a foreign student

Can i find a job in the US if i decide to go there for like 2-3 months?

I don't need a visa for under 3 months stay, but if i could i'd cut my expenses of the trip by working some amount.
Do i need a working visa for that?

Thanks

Not if you work under the table that doesn't require tax filings. You can usually find this sort of jobs at a restaurant or boba places or just wait around Home Depot

Hit up Wal-Mart or go to your student employment office or whatever handles that. If the school does not have something like that, reconsider the school you're going to.

do you know what your immigration status is? if you are an f-1, you will need authorization to work any off-campus job, and even then the job must be related to what you're studying (with a few exceptions)

I shall check into that. I know that these statuses are pretty important (f-1, c-1 etc) and are limiting (opening) you new possibilities.
