rats in the trash are not nearly as common as people would think

I dont see the point not paying for food.

its more of a statement on how much waste there is in our society that one can live healthily just from other's waste.

also it leaves almost no "eco-footprint" or something. almost no negative impact on the environemnt, and almost no drain on resources.

also it saves money

and its lotsa fun!

I say i encounter a rat in my food eating/cooking process far less than 1 % of the time.

um yeah, the one time that it has happened, it scurried away, but that was like over 3 years ago.
