Sorry about the result but I agree with most of the responses that a shove is correct.

I really think that if you don't have a read after 300+ hands then take your wins and leave the table. if you haven't noticed him staking off in huge pots with hands like top pair no kicker then just pick a better spot.

Your flop lead is too small, as is your 3bet.

Overbet flop, as played raise $20 to $85.

[/ QUOTE ]

the flop lead is the pot....

sterling insight, ty

[/ QUOTE ]

well why the [censored] are you overbetting then?

[/ QUOTE ]

Because if they're calling $5, they're calling $12 with FDs, SDs, JX.

I'd overbet the pot if I had QT here too.

[/ QUOTE ]

God I hope you wouldn't overbet this pot with both J9 and QT here.

My read is that if he had AA or KK, he'd shove. But he's using that re-raise button...hehe...

Also, a lot of advice in this thread is disgusting, except for maybe overbet pot, but I think everyone assumes "OMG 80/0 he must not know ANYTHINGZ ABOUT THE POKERZ" and therefore lose a lot more money against them. Theres a reason besides running hot those guys run up massive stacks sometimes

[/ QUOTE ]

Whenever I see a guy like this with a big stack it's a combination of them running incredibely hot and people targeting him with super weak hands because they want to take the donkey's money before somebody else does. I wouldn't really consider top two super weak and would be happy to stack off here unless villain is just so passive he never does anything but call without this nuts. OP didnt give any sort of read to indicate that and villains stats suggest otherwise (3 af when he's playing 80% of his hands), so I'm still stacking off to this guy.
