misplay flush draw and pair on flop?

last nite i played this hand at hollywood park casino
This was a $200 buy in and $3 and $5 blinds I had about $460 when hand start I was the button and 5 players limped to me I flat called with Ace 9 diamonds
The flop was Jack Diamonds 9 Hearts 3 Diamonds Everyone check to me I bet $25 The small blind called and Turn
was 10 Clubs He checks and I check behind The river was
3 Spades and He bets $55 at $75 pot so I called and he turn over Queen 8 Diamonds We both were on the flush draw but he make the gutshot straight on turn. Should I have bet the turn? And I should have probably fold the river??
