They said there wasn't hard evidence sufficient to seize funds.

I have rarely if ever heard of bot accounts being seized and redistributed on any site. Site response has typically been weak from what I've seen. At least WPEX didn't deny and ignore like many sites have.

If WSEX manager is reading this thread, they could learn a lot. I mean come on, every week, we get a useless email about the rakeback made, but they never send out emails about their promotions, how would they think that their players or people knows about it, 90% people don't read 2+2 all the time.

Still, the traffic has definitively pick up during this promotion, but it would be a lot better.

They DO send emails...perhaps you're not getting them for some reason? I set up an account a couple of months ago, but haven't played there yet...got an email last Friday about the 100% RB promotion.

I see MicroBob didn't get an email either...do they have an opt-in/out choice for promotional emails you guys might have chosen differently than others?

I don't think so.
I think I got a promotional e-mail a few months ago. But they've had a couple since then that I haven't received and don't show up in my spam-box or anything.
But I'm still getting my rakeback statement e-mailed to me no problem.

Is WPEX down right now by any chance?

I can get onto Stars fine but can't get onto WPEX. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't connect.

Might be my hotel connection I guess but getting on Stars is no problem.

okay, I got barely enough signal on my cellular air-card thingee to connect and I got on WPEX just fine. But again on the hotel's internet connection it seems like it's blocked. Weird.

I would give WPEX a real chance if thy had better promotions: a reload bonus bottomless or something for their FPPs or whatever they call them like a store.

75% rakeback and Aces never lose bonuses are better then any other bonuses you will find around! lol

75% or 100% RB plus aces never lose is definitely better than any other promotions. It's just the game-selection and availability that sucks. Definitely not the promotions.
