Depending on reads raising the flop may be better, if he calls you might try to check behind on the turn to induce a bluff/blocking bet on the river which you would usually raise for value.

As played I'm not sure raising less would accomplish anything. You may be better off shoving the turn as it gets more money in with the probable best hand and doesn't necessarily look stronger.

You shouldn't post the results of the hand (see faq).

your line looks strong. if you call flop call turn shove river, but I raise flop.
