Default Help building a PC

I currently have the gigabyte GA-954P-DS3 v. 3.3 and right now I'm trying to do the POST test but I keep getting a continuous beep whenever it starts up. The sound doesn't have any breaks in it or whatever. I already tried removing RAM and doing it without it and it still beeps.

I currently have the videocard, cpu/cpufan, RAM ,motherboard and 2 fans installed. I don't think you need the hard drives or cd drives plugged in order to do the post test.

Update: After removing the 8800 gts card and booting the cpu, there are no beep noises!
