Getting HD in other rooms.

Is there some sort of device one can purchase that allows you to route a single HD source to mutiple rooms. I just have a single cable box through time warner and would like to get HD on mutiple televisions in other rooms without needing mutiple cable boxes. I've seen advertisements for things called HD switches, but I'm not sure if this is what I want.

Only if you don't mind watching the same channel on all the TVs. Think of the cable box as a tuner - if you are watching ESPN HD through the cable box, so is everyone else that's watching the signal from the box.
