If a handful of our players were on the East Coast they woulda been in for sure. This is just expected. Same reason Holliday likely won't get MVP. I would be absolutely amazed if he did. Unless they are just clearly head and shoulders above the competition (TD back when he got MVP) there is a huge regional bias.
