PAHUD layout question for stars

In Previous versions of PAHUD and stars, specific layouts had the stat descriptions centralized around the board cards. In recent version PokerStars no longer allows you to change the background image of the table. So the text on the table is no longer viewable.

for PAHUD users who previously relied on a centralized stats description, what alternatives are you using? And if you found a way to bypass this, how did you go about doing so?
