Casino Royale - Random Question

Random question about Casino Royale, first here is some funny dialogue

Le Chiffre: You changed your shirt, Mr Bond. I hope our little game isn't causing you to perspire.
James Bond: A little. But I won't consider myself to be in trouble until I start weeping blood.

Also some more funny dialogue is when James Bond says to the beautiful girl "you're not my type", she flinches then regains composure and says "smart?" james bond replies "single." Damn he is smooth.

Anyway here is the question, what is the read James Bond picks up on the evil guy when they are playing that high stakes poker game. I forget, is it something about him bleeding blood makes it so he has a good hand?

My FYP had to do with the part of the breast that sort of rhymes with oreo. That was the worst post ever, for the 3 min it was there.

OP, what was the question again? His tell was about his bluffing. The movie makes it obvious what the tell is, especially since Bond explains it right after it happens.

hey Aqua i am writing an essay and am trying to use this Bond scene as a point and it would be a lot nicer to remember the specific tell Bond picks up then saying "and Bond picks up some silly tell on when Le Chiffre is bluffing" so if you remember it would help

***** SPOILERS *****

Do you have the movie on DVD? Watch when Le Chiffre puts his fingers on his left temple. He was betting all the way on that hand but didn't make his hand until the river. Then Bond tells Mathis and Vesper what happened. Then later Le Chiffre fakes his tell because someone told him about his tell and busts Bond. Then later Le Chiffre catches himself doing his tell and stops it.
