Poker in St. Maarten?

Has anyone played in the casinos at St. Maarten? What's the deal? Searched Google and forum and couldn't find anything specific...

my first post....and it's cool it's about this! i was there last year with my wife. below is a link to a quick site i saw that has a list of casino's. it's really not much help in that you have to see where you're at on the island in accordance to these casinos. just wait until you get there and talk to the hotel!

but on another note i was lucky to meet a nice family from vegas. kids our age. like 20's. their parents live part time there. dad full time. he was a retired sports better. he runs a poker room (3 tables) at a place on front street. call him. he took us to a casino by the airport and it was descent and really the ONLY tourney worth playing. I think it's daily. it's wacked though. like a 60 dolar buy in.. one of the two. there were like 80 people in it. BUT LISTEN TO THIS CRAP. unlimited rebuys for first 2 hours! what a donk fest. i lost set over set 3 times so i was glad to rebuy but i hate rebuys. i came in 4th and the guys dad actually won it. weird b/c i knocked his son out. what a way to say thank you huh! 1400 bux for that and first was 6k. 6k. for a 50 dollar tourney with 80 pple or so. do the math. idiots, lol.
anyway that was the only real game. the club below is the one he runs and he has daily tourneys of like 100 bux with a 100 rebuy. single table. 20 min rounds. that was nice. wife came in second in that one. the guys last name is MASSA. so if you call and ask for poker room as for mr. massa. he would remember us from last year. chris and erica who were there and met him and his family. you don't need to say that but you can just so it's a little more comfortable. ask him about games , etc. but i know that one casiono near airport has dailys. and his that is below on main st in phillipsburg has them. otehr then that other places looked shady. but honestly call him i'm sure it will be your best bet!
