Transaction Declined by Neteller

I have a few cashouts from the trident group that are listed as DECLINED in my neteller summary.

Has anyone experienced this? it seems like the worst situation ever.

"The worst situation ever" would probably be like the holocaust or something. This is close, but not quite in that league.

I've had InstaCashes declined by Neteller before because I didn't realize how low the IC limits were. A quick phone call to Neteller support resolved the problem in a few minutes.

Just call them and see what's going on.

wow i just had this happen to me at pokerstars 500$ cashout its gone from my account but i got no record of where its gone its not even in my history log but i just got this email from stars..

IIRC, this occurs when you attempt a cashout at a time that Neteller is performing site maintenance...

YEA but where is my 500$ its not in neteller and not in my history log at pokerstars i had 1147$ in my acc now i got 647$ and this 0$ cashout email...and still no answer with 3 emails to pokerstars over 2 hours ago

just wait and see. last time this happend to me, the money was right back into my account in less than 24h.

ok got my money back in pokerstars acc they said neteller was down and cashout has to be redone....but i told them cashout didnt go through but money was gone from my account how is that...anyways got money back

In and of itself this isn't cause for that much concern. I've had a couple Neteller transactions from sites declined, it happens occasionally. Call CS. If they were going to stiff you I highly doubt it would go down like that.

Same thing happened to me at a couple of Trident casinos, never got the money...until a few days later after contacting them.
