Is there an easy way for me to go from checking account to stars and back, through a 3rd party if I have to?

I am a maryland resident so neteller is out of the question, there are ways around this but I don't really feel like taking them.

Being declined has nothing to do with the new Law..EFTs are not effected as yet and likely never will be..You should call them...You may want to try and deposit a lesser amount..

It was $500. How much lower can it go? The goal of starting the EFTs was so that I could build up a history and eventually be making 4-5 figure deposit/withdrawals...if it won't let me do $500, F it.
