Suspicious Flop Calls?

Hey cartman,
In hand no.1 I value bet turn here and call if CR happens, and probably SD.

Hand 2:
I cant decide between the two here. I like betting because the flop, although paired, is a board most players will peel with any 2. Their mindset maybe that sure as heck didnt hit him, which ironically is the PFR mindset also at times. I think betting maybe best and call the CR if one exists.
