I think villain has a combo draw/FD here as close to 0% of the time as possible. Sure b/3b is how to play them....but not small bet/min3bet

for a 40/20 ATcc is almost always a raise.

To be honest, i don't know if this dude would limp/call KJ UTG. If he doesn't, he pretty much has to have 22 here 100% of teh time.

I agree with this. We're getting enough immediate odds to call the flop reraise profitably. Since we have zero fold equity I feel like shoving just puts more money in while behind.
