i think this is never AQ.
if villain checked that turn with AQ wouldnt it be to ch/r?

AK and KQ are equally likely and JdTd is also a possibility. KK would also play exactly like this.just call river. pushing is pretty ugly.
and folding is not bad at all.

i honestly dont think these kind of spots matter much anyway in the long run.

3betting preflop is bad right?
