Dude, half the island is mine... Chill on inviting all of 2p2. I mean, we can charge these [censored] instead of just letting them in for free. We'll run a brothel/bar/poker club.

Edited version of State Department info:

People buying islands should be aware that there are boundary disputes involving the governments of Nicaragua and Honduras in the Caribbean coastal waters adjoining these countries...There also is a long-term boundary dispute with Colombia over San Andres Island and surrounding waters. People buying islands should also be aware that narcotics traffickers often use the Caribbean coastal waters.

I think it is going to be hard for you to play poker. I haven't tested it, but the delay on satelite internet is probably going to be annoying like hell.

This nicaraguan island looks cheap. Everythig looks cheap, stairs, boats, house even the horses look cheap. Plus, I would not trust nicaraguan governement. They turn to socialism and confiscate your island and put you in jail.

If you want an island, look for one near Australia.

well it might be cheap because it could be near la Isla Sorna from the movie Jurassic Park. So you might have to deal with dinosaurs that might try to eat you...so be careful

I'd first find out how long its been on the market. Then ask yourself why its been on the market so long when its so cheap.

It also looks like its within an inland lake, and not in the ocean..
