I like it. It puts him to a tough decision as you have him outchipped, and winning this pot uncontested will leave you in a great spot to bully the bubble.
Edit: I don't like calling because he acts first after the flop, plus it's too much of your stack. |

Yeah, I don't necessarily think calling is always better. Against the kind of opponent who rarely leads the flop without a pair and never calls or raise without one, you're going to fold a lot of hands postflop that you won't fold preflop, and there's always the backup plan of actually making a hand.
