The flop call and min turn raise by villian smells like a set to me.......I fold unless in the past he has made weak raises with marginal hands.

[/ QUOTE ]

You shouldn't post in HSNL until have a little bit of a clue. No way he plays set that way.

This will be my last post in HSNL since I have not a clue.

i don't think it matters really what you do. This guy gets it in so often that you shoving over or just c/c and c/c any river will pretty much be the same. The board may bring a scare card so i vote for shoving now.

Judging by the preflop action he could have QQ - 88, AK-AT, KQ.

His call on the flop suggests he has either QQ, TT, AK, AJ, AT.

The turn raise, really is only a valid play with TT, QQ or AT. Which means you're probably only winning here about 20% of the time. I think I'm folding this.

Ofcourse, if he could make a loose prefop call with KJ, or QT then there's two more hands that just about fit the bill. I still think you're beaten unless this guy is prone to betting marginal hands on scary boards after his opponent's shown some real strength from out of position.

are we ahead of his range with 2 pair? I think so, so I agree taht a push is the correct decision.

Consistently folding flopped two pair hands for the fear of flopped sets will lose you big $$. You are destined to get stacked in spots like this playing this deep if beaten.
