Default Epassporte Security Certificat Expired?

I have some money on epassporte that I was going to transfer to my bank account but when I go to epassporte.com I am informed by IE and Mozilla that their security certificate expired today and that it is not recommended I continue to the site. Does anyone know what this means and whether it is OK to enter passwords and transfer money, etc.?

It means that ePassporte's IT department dropped the ball. Unless you need the money immediately, I'd go ahead and wait - they should have a new certificate up within a day at most.
