Right click. New > Text Document. Name it "xxxxxx.txt" where xxxxxx is the number of points you have when starting playing for the day. Round up to the next whole number. Play out your blinds. Hooray.

If anyone's in a similar situation in terms of overlapping bonuses at full tilt -- the initial 100% Deposit Bonus and Year-End Ironman promotion, this is the response I got from FTP:
