Default Low M decisions deep in a tournament

Hi. I have two more theoritical questions, and all comments are appreciated:

1500-men tourney. We are ITM (130-140 players left). I've got 10K, average stack is 35K, BB is 1200 (plus the antes).

1. Semi-tight opponent raises to 3600 in early position. What range of cards should I have to reraise him allin? Raiser has the stack of 30+, FE is close to zero.

2. Semi-tight opponent goes allin for 12K from MP. What is my calling range?

Thanks in advance

your position in hand 2?
You should have a tight range since you correctly assume you have 0 FE.If you are BB in Hand 2 you should be little more liberal.
I guess a solid range is 99+,AJs+,AJo+

I'd add a couple more pairs, say 77+, but yeah pretty much this. In the first one, something like 88+ AQ+. I really hate calling allin/pushing with no FE.
