I agree with all of this...although it does seem that the warning did bug you just a little bit.
The guy either learned that you were warned because PStars followed up with his complaint to let him know their actions OR because he read it here.
If he read it here and saw your annoyance about it then that may explain where his 'satisfaction' came from. But he definitely sounds like he's a bit odd.

I'm not really annoyed, I just found it interesting, and somewhat amusing that someone would take satisfaction over...nothing at all happening to me.
