Bet the turn, checking is a sizeable error IMO.

you really really really need to bet the turn. the pot is big, your hand is vulnerable, and villains will make lots of ftop mistake folds with their unpaired hands.

Checking the turn is giving up too much. The deuce is a nice card for your hand. There are plenty of drawing hands out there that you beat on this river (QJ/J9, two spades, 4x, KQ, etc). A turn bet may also occasionally fold out a better hand like 77.

I don't think that having been called in two spots on the flop with a sizable pot means that someone has a better hand than you. CO could easily peel here with AQ/AJ/AK/A9/KQ/QJ/Q9.

I would bet the turn so ace-high and flush draws have to pay to see a card, folding to a raise.

I'd also fold this preflop, unless I had a read on CO that I want to isolate him.

If you don't bet turn in this situation you should not iso-raise with 55.
