i have been in this spot a few times. I make a raise or reraise PF with AA. Get one or two callers. Flop comes down just like yours Q/T/6 rainbow. MP checks and Hero bets. MP raises all-in. Hero calls and finds himself against a set of 6s.

yeah good laydown if you felt you were beat. Knowing when you are beat is part of poker!
But how do you fold Aces on this flop??? Villain could have easily had KQ too.

Which villain is which?

I think any semi competent villain has at least KK here against two opponents who have already bet the flop especially after the pf action which really narrows the ranges to tt+ AJ+ (and considerably less junk).

I think AQ, KK, TT and QQ are pretty much the only possibilities and I weight the sets pretty heavily if MP3 is at all competent. You have about 27 behind and stand to win about 60 if you get it ai. It could be marginally profitable to push (or stop and go) against a real donk but I let this one go.

If MP3 is also passive pf then it is a clear fold.

You guys are giving some pretty bad advice. You have the an overpair in a 3 bet pot and youre trying to fold it while getting good odds. Now you shove and if he shows you QQ so be it but he can also show you AQ and KK and sometimes some other random [censored]. This is a terrible fold.
