With Philly WA at +24.5 I'd at least consider a bet on them at that spread as a +EV middle/hedge. At least, I think that the Philly line is going to be +EV by close (if its not already at +24.5). Keep an eye on it, and get the highest you can close to game time.

I don't know why I am so confident early in the week when the lines come out, but I always see some great lines, then later in the week as I read others opinions and the lines move a little, I get wishy-washy.
