$5 Was this an unnecessary risk?

Re: $5 Was this an unnecessary risk?
Meh, I'm not sure about the flop call. You really like calling a PSB with a third pair and a gutshot OOP, Rex?

I thought about this hand for a moment before responding.
I do not think you can get away here. Unlucky River. I like it too. |

Re: $5 Was this an unnecessary risk?
What was your reads? What was your plan with the turn if you missed (you had 6 outs, or even fewer as one of the 3s may improve his hand you-not enough odds to call if you only hoped to improve your hand)-calling another bet?
I'm folding this flop. As played, why did you donk the turn when your miracle card came? Not saying that it's bad, just curious of the reason behind it |

Not saying that it's bad, just curious of the reason behind it [/ QUOTE ] My reads: Villain was just randomly betting the pot on every flop - hyper-aggressive. So I called. When I bet the pot on the turn I was pretty sure he'd call or push no matter what. (this happens ALOT at my level) Going all in .. I guess this is what I wanted to happen. It's the result that had me thinking maybe I just shouldn't have gotten involved in the first place. Bubble and all.. I did come back though. It was this villain and me HU. He sucked out for the win. |
