So I'm dealt K4567 in a hand just now. I'm in the cutoff. UTG limps.
1) I have to raise here right? Button folds. 4 of us in the hand. I'm in last position now. 2) Do I only draw one (the K) or do I draw two (K and 6) or does it depend on what the others do? |

1) You're really gonna hate your hand if button comes along, or any of the 3 players to act put in a raise. Just fold.
2) Draw to 457 instead of 4567. That way an 8 or a 3 will improve your hand instead of requiring you to ditch the 6 or the 7. Now, in some cases you might raise and draw to 4567 as a semibluff. But the odds are that you won't isolate and that UTG won't fold enough to make this a profitable play. |
