hero bets 16$ - you want to get it in while youre ahead.
the CO may not c-bet into a monotone flop 4 way so dont take the chance and just bet out - if the 4th diamond falls then either your action is dead or youre behind so you dont want to give them a free shot at that.

Is there any value to shoving? With so much in the pot, it could look like I'm stealing it. Everyone has a stack, so all I would need is one caller with AA/KK/QQ. Problems with this line?

Yes, you want FDs to call your bet on the flop.
The flush will come 20% of the time on the turn, so if it doesnt come in, you can shove.
If the turn is a diamond i guess i call a shove anyway w/ 10 outs.

Yes, if one guy just calls a near PSB, flush draws behind him will be getting nearly priced in to call. It isn't like overpairs would fold anyway.
