With the limpers preflop, I'd actually bet the flop. There's a decent enough chance neither of them hit it, and if they got a piece, you still have at least nine outs. In this particular hand, if he calls the flop bet, you're in an interesting position with the queen hitting on the turn, though; then, I'd probably c/c it. Results-oriented, you probably played the hand well in terms of milking it for the profit, but I think this hand goes the other way enough for the flop bet to make sense.

I'd almost always fold that preflop, and when I didn't, I'd regret it. Once I get to the flop, I'm betting pretty near pot every street, maybe 60-75% pot on the river.

I like leading the flop, but I'd also like leading this flop with K5 or with J6. Based on pure texture this is the kind of flop that's going to scare teh bejeezus out of limpers. CO probably doesn't have any awesomeness or he'd have raised preflop. BB could have any two cards. A flop bet of $1 says "I have a king" and unless an opponent has something tasty in the way of a hand or a draw, you scoop the $1.50 uncontested. If you complete the SB frequently you've GOT to get good at spotting the orphaned pots that can be stolen for a small flop bet -- this is one of them.

As played, bet the turn and bet the river. You improved to the best hand on the turn and the river was just pure gravy -- my might as well charge your opponents to see it. After the flop checked through the only way to get value out of this hand is to build the pot yourself.
