misclick? wtf?

Opponent and I are playing on two tables, I'm winning and the game is playing pretty aggressively. Lots of 3-betting, he seems OK not great. Haven't caught him defending anything terrible OOP. He's c/ced the flop and donked the turn a few times. I've folded all but once to his turn bet, the one time I called him down he had TPNK and the river checked through. The other times he donked the turn I think he did bet $999.

why would you fake misclick here on this board? with what hand?

You would fake a misclick if you had the nuts or a flush and wanted to trick your opponent into calling.

Kinda strange spot- I think tho with a lot of players you can all but rule out spades cause they would almost always lead or c/r on the flop. Is he that type?

he CRs the flop a fair amount but with these stacks you think most good players lead or c/r any flush draw? I think they maybe try to bet/3bet or cr/callitoff with the nfd but with like T high flush draws you see them frequently c/c...

Rarely does someone make an abnormal bet without an abnormal hand, good or bad

as I suggested in the title maybe he misclicked and did not mean to make an abnormal bet?

menloAA brought up a good point over aim, even if he did misclick, have to consider that he's doing it with a better hand than mine?

seems like I see ppl c/c flush draws and donk any turn in spots like this.

Sometimes in these situations with inferior opponents they start to out think themselves and believe that when the flush hits you know they have it and the only way they will make money is with trickery.

i'd almost certainly get it in here, i think smaller two pair can be in his range for sure, as well as pair+draws...
