Raise 4$ preflop not that annoying 3,5$...
After he bet the turn too, I would check/fold the river or call a small bet and hope he holds 66-99

Anyone like 3 bet on flop, fold to 4 bet? Seems like it would force out bluffs and lower pp's. As played I prob give up on the turn unless this is a very tricky or aggressive opponent.
